Sister, here you’ll find all the essential information about returning products to Ksisters' offline stores 😊

According to the law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days, but we offer you the flexibility to return your purchase within 90 days.
At Ksisters, you can return products purchased in our offline stores, as well as orders placed online at ksisters.sk.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and complete (if the product comes in a set, all items must be returned together). By original packaging, we mean the cosmetic box in which the product was delivered.

IMPORTANT! The original packaging must be undamaged—no tape, markings, stickers, or any other elements that could affect the product’s appearance, as the packaging is considered part of the item.

Returning products purchased offline:

1. If you purchased an item in a Ksisters offline store, visit the store, and our staff will assist you with the return process.
2. For identification purposes, you will need to provide a purchase receipt or share your contact information so we can locate your account.
3. Our staff will inspect the product. If it has not been used or damaged, they will proceed with the return.
4. You will be asked to fill out or provide details for completing the Return Form.
5. Based on the return report, a return receipt will be issued and handed to you.
6. Refunds are processed instantly in cash or transferred to the account specified in the Return Form within 14 days of the return.

Returning products ordered online at ksisters.sk website:

1. If you placed an order on ksisters.sk contact our Customer Care Department via email at [email protected] or through our official pages on Facebook page and Instagram.
2. Our manager will request all necessary details, including:
– the reason for returning the goods;
– request a photo of the product;
– clarify the data for the refund.
3. Based on this information, a Return Form will be created.
4. Once your return is approved, you can bring the product to one of our offline stores and hand it over to a seller.
5. The staff will prepare a Return Report in two copies—one copy will be given to you, the other remains in the store.
6. After the product has been returned, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days.
